The Noe Valley Democratic Club is proud to announce we are endorsing Matt Haney for California's 17th State Assembly district.
Members who voted for Haney cited his support for additional housing in San Francisco, particularly his support for recent projects that would have created hundreds of units of much needed housing. He's also been one of the city's biggest supporters of Slow Streets, bike lanes, and road safety.
Ballots will be out in just a few weeks, and without a recall race on the same ballot, turnout is likely to be lower than it was in February. So we need to tell our neighbors, and everyone on the east side of San Francisco, to vote. Election Day is April 19th. Ballots are mailed out March 21st.
