January Membership Meeting

Noe Valley Dems member Susan Green will be our guest speaker. She will be joined by Elena Engel of the San Francisco Climate Emergency Coalition in a discussion of the city’s Climate Action Plan (CAP), which outlines recommended steps to reaching our climate goals.  This next week is important for the coalition as the Board of Supervisors will vote on a resolution urging the Capital Planning Committee to include Climate Action Plan funding priorities in the proposed General Obligation Bond schedule.  Curious to learn more about the campaign to put climate funding on the ballot?
